You mean Internet Explorer? For internet explorer, i could not find any ready made add-on. One has to write the coding for internet explorer in web servers to get this functionality. Therefore, i suggest you to download Apple Safari browser at this link Apple Safari Browser and activate developer menu as explained in the article. Happy reading.
